Browser
Support Policy
The Horsfords
Online system has limited browser support to Microsoft's Internet Explorer,
versions 5 and above. By concentrating our efforts in this way we are
able to spend more time producing and evaluating the functionality we
feel that our customers desire. We also are supporting Firefox now,
but with the ever changing technology, there are periodically bugs that
we are always working to resolve.
To meet our
goal of providing a highly functional service we have had to make some decisions
regarding the level of features we require from the browser. This will be
a determining factor in the variety of browsers that we later support. The
basic requirements that we have identified are:
- Your browser must have
enabled support for Cookies.

Browser
not supported
This
site is designed to be viewed with Internet Explorer 5.0 or above, althought
it has also been tested with Firefox. You can download a compatible browser
free of charge from the Microsoft web site.
Incorrect
version of Internet Explorer
If
you are using Internet Explorer to view this site you will need to update
your browser to version 5 or above. You can download the latest version free
of charge from the Microsoft web site.
Cookies
are not enabled in Internet Explorer 5
This
site requires that cookies are enabled. To enable cookies within Internet
Explorer 5 follow these steps.
- Select Tools
/ Internet Options... from the menu bar.
- Select the Security
tab on the dialog box.
- Ensure that the Internet
zone is selected and click the Custom Level... button.
- Scroll down the list
box to the Cookies section.
- Make sure both options
are enabled.
- Return to return to
the home page.
- If you still receive
an error, please contact your computer support department.
